Coraltalk is an AI-powered oral assessment platform that allows customers of our assessment services ("Assessors") to invite students, job candidates, or learners ("Assessees") to engage in interactive spoken assessments for educational, hiring, or training purposes.

Using Our Services

What You Can Do:

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use our Services. In using our Services, you must comply with all applicable laws as well as our guidelines or policies.

What You Cannot Do:

You may not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. For example, you may not:

  • Use our Services in a way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates anyone's rights.

  • Modify, copy, lease, sell, or distribute any of our Services.

  • Attempt to or assist anyone to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying components of our Services, including models, algorithms, or systems (except where prohibited by applicable law).

  • Automatically or programmatically extract data or Output (defined below).

  • Represent that AI-generated Output was human-generated when it was not.

  • Interfere with or disrupt our Services, including circumventing any rate limits, restrictions, or security measures.

  • Use Output to develop competing AI-based assessment models.

Content

Your Content

You may provide input to the Services ("Input") and receive AI-generated output based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively referred to as "Content." You are solely responsible for the selection, submission, and use of all Input and Output, ensuring it does not violate any laws or these Terms.

Our Use of Content

We may use Content to provide, maintain, develop, and improve our Services, comply with applicable law, enforce our terms and policies, and ensure the safety of our Services.

Accuracy

Artificial intelligence and machine learning are evolving technologies. Output from Coraltalk may not always be accurate, reliable, or appropriate. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Output may contain errors or inaccuracies and should not be solely relied upon.

  • You must review and validate Output for accuracy before use.

  • Coraltalk's AI-generated responses do not represent the views or opinions of Coraltalk.

  • Final decisions based on assessments are the sole responsibility of the Assessor, who must ensure compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.

Prohibited Use and Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the Site in any manner that could harm or disrupt the platform or other users.

  • Copy, modify, publish, or exploit any part of the Site without explicit permission.

  • Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to protected content.

All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data, is the property of Coraltalk or its licensors and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Coraltalk, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Site or Services.

  • Any violation of these Terms.

  • Any reliance on AI-generated Output.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Disputes will not be handled in court.

Class Action Waiver

Disputes must be resolved individually, and users waive the right to participate in class actions or collective lawsuits.

Limitation of Liability

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

  • ERRORS, INTERRUPTIONS, OR INACCURACIES IN OUR AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.
